Brady is a chef and former restaurant owner with over 30 years’ experience working in top restaurants in Melbourne, Sydney and London. Brady is also extremely experienced in recipe development and professional food and equipment demonstration. Most importantly Brady has cooked for his family for over 25 years. These experiences have enabled him to simplify cooking techniques for everyday cooking and entertaining alike.
After completing her Science degree, Erica took off overseas on a one-way ticket seeking adventure. She spent the next decade travelling the world cooking and honing the skills of her craft. From luxury super yachts in the Mediterranean, US and the Caribbean to the castles and manor houses of Scottish Lords, Ladies and aristocrats, Erica’s culinary experience has been vast and varied. She has been lucky to have learnt from some amazing people and her enthusiasm to inspire confidence in home-cooks is contagious.
Geraldine is a Home Economist who trained in Melbourne and Cordon Bleu UK. She has considerable experience in recipe development, food styling, a presenter of cooking classes and walking food tours. Geraldine enjoys sharing her passion for healthy international cuisine, whilst embracing technology to produce delicious recipes for everyday cooking and entertaining.
Helen has been a cooking specialist for 5 years. In this time she has shared her passion for baking along with her wonderful ability to explain the functionality of appliances with many customers who have attended her cooking demonstrations.
Quite by accident 15 years ago Cindy found herself in a position where she could share her lifelong passion and knowledge for food in the professional arena. Initially as Cafe/Bistro Manager and then Catering Manager, with a hands on approach in prominent Brisbane businesses and more recently a Regional Trainer with NEFF.
Kim is a qualified home economist with Cordon Bleu training. Her experience includes; Cookery Editor of Woman’s Day magazine, food stylist, cookbook author, recipe development, consultant AGL Cooking School, food product development and demonstrator in the home appliance industry.
Bridget has worked in the home appliance industry for more than 15 years. She loves to cook & really enjoys working with customers to help them select appliances to best suit their needs as well as following up with further instruction when the appliances are installed.
Lee has over 5 years experience cooking with the BSH Home Appliance brands and over those years she has been able to help many clients in getting the best out of their various appliances. Her greatest passion is to create simple fresh and flavoursome food for her friends and family.
Rechelle’s love of food and cooking lead her to become a chef at a young age. With over 7 years experience working in 5 star hotels and patisseries, Rechelle has developed a love for creating delicious new recipes to aspire the home cook.
As a trained Home Economist and Chef, Fransje knows that good cooking comes from confidence in the kitchen. With 27 years of industry experience, Fransje can help you decode the appliance manual and share some delicious dishes.
Libby has experience in hospital food service; community health; Tafe; HACCP (Food Safety) training; product, recipe development and food styling as well as 20 years experience in the appliance industry. She also has a degree in food science and nutrition and post graduate degree in education.
Paula is an experienced chef, having trained at the renowned William Angliss College and also a qualified Food Technology teacher. Paula has owned and managed a number of food inspired businesses over her career. She is also a prize-winning scone baker!
Warren is a chef with over 20 years of cooking experience, ranging from Michelin Star Restaurants to 5 star Hotels. He is highly passionate about embracing technology to create food that is visually stunning, tasty and packed with a whole lot of nutritional goodness.
