Like something from a pub in London, these hearty pie recipes will make those winter blues go away in no time!

Think golden pastry, a wholesome filling and tasty herbs and spices – perfect for sharing or enjoying by yourself.

Slow-cooked beef pie with pea mash

It’s everything you love about the trusty meat pie – but deliciously slow-cooked and on a bed of pea mash. With chunky bits of beef and a rich gravy, this pie recipe is the epitome of a winter family meal. And you can even prep the filling in advance and let it sit and marinate.

Individual beef and mushroom pies

If you love a cheesy potato crust, tender beef and a cute little dish (who doesn’t), then these beef and mushroom pies are for you! Ready in just over an hour when baked with a NEFF oven, individual pies are perfect for when you’re entertaining friends or family in the cooler months.

Greek lamb pie

If you can’t get to the Greek Islands this European summer… you can still eat like you’re there! This Greek lamb pie will transport you to the shores of Mykonos with its tastes of oregano, paprika, fennel, semi-dried tomatoes and feta. To ensure the pasty on your pie has a crispy and flaky texture, use the NEFF Light® function – which distributes light evenly throughout the oven to let you see your creation without opening the door. And if you’ve never tried, or are wondering how to make a pie recipe, this is an easy one to start with!

Spanakopita

Speaking of Greece – spanakopita is a tasty pie variation your vegetarian (and non-vegetarian) friends will love! Think delicious crumbly pastry with a cheesy spinach filling. It’s like a Mediterranean holiday for your taste buds! And it’s big enough to feed the whole family too.

Shepherd’s pie

It’s a common household recipe – and while everyone does it a little differently, you simply can’t go wrong with a classic Shepherd’s pie. With its layers of hearty and filing mince, topped with a creamy potato mash, this dish is the perfect mid-week family meal. And depending on how many mouths you’re feeding, you might even have enough for leftovers too!

Homemade chicken and mushroom pies

And finally, to rival a country bakery, our individual chicken pie with mushrooms is a certified winner. It’s got tasty chunks of chicken and a traditional golden pastry, cooked to perfection with NEFF’s CircoTherm® function. And the best bit? You don’t have to share with anyone.
