Winter is the perfect time to cook a tasty, hearty and warm roast.
With the coldest season of the year just around the corner, there’s no better way to keep your family and friends warm than with a tasty, flavoursome roast. That’s why we’re going to share our four favourite roasting recipes you can try out this winter.
Brined pork loin roast
What do you get when you cross salt and honey with thyme and garlic? The perfect marinade for your brined roast pork – a quick and easy way to get the most flavour and juice out of your pork. Pair with roast tomatoes or hasselback potatoes for the ultimate dish – or transform Brussels sprouts into a cult classic with the addition of bacon.
Cooking tip

Roasted Lamb with Mint Sauce
Roast lamb is a household favourite around the world – but that doesn’t mean it needs to be boring. Impress your guests with this delicious roasted lamb with mint sauce, perfect for preparing in the morning if you’ve got guests coming for dinner. Infused with paprika, cumin, star anise and other delicious spices, the tender cuts will melt in your mouth and can be served hot or cold. Serve with a side of cheesy cauliflower or a beluga lentil salad.
Cooking tip
If you’re using a NEFF oven, then make sure you use the Multi Point Meat Probe to cook your meat to tender, succulent perfection. Simply insert into your meat, select the appropriate roast in your display and let your oven work its magic.
Butterflied roast chicken
No family kitchen is complete without a signature roast chicken recipe. This one is brought to life by preserved lemon, garlic and thyme, and is sure to become a family favourite in no time. You can cook this golden winter dish in less than an hour, if you’re strapped for time and need to whip up a dish in a pinch. If you’re feeling a little more adventurous, this roast turkey recipe is a NEFF favourite too. You can serve this classic with air fried corn ribs (made in a NEFF oven of course!) or a carrot and parsnip salad.

Whole roasted cauliflower
Calling all vegetarians and meat-free Monday advocates – this whole roasted cauliflower dish is a must-have on your winter weeknight rotation. Paired with a hummus packed with flavour, this is a vegetarian take on comfort food that will make the whole family happy. Serve this dish with slices of sourdough (for the hummus!) or falafels.
